The world is a negative place right now. Do not let all the negativity get to you. Here is what you can do during self-quarantining.

1. Have a Virtual Get Together

Use online meeting apps to have a virtual get together with your friend. You can use platforms like Zoom and Skype.

2. Yoga

It’s become the perfect time for focusing on your life or clearing your mind and relaxing your mind with controlled meditations to tackle things like anxiety and insomnia.

3. Learn to draw

This is a good time to improve or learn something new. Express your thoughts by drawing it out.

4. Binge-watch a series

Watch some shows you wouldn’t usually choose, those you skipped.  This article will maybe encourage you to broaden your horizons. There are numerous shows you can binge-watch on Netflix. There’s a bunch of shows that are perfect for binge-watching while you’re still home.

5. Read a book

You can start reading the novels you once wanted to read. Or read the newspaper to keep yourself updated about the current event.

6. Keep a diary

Write about your experiences during the current pandemic it will be fun to read it once a year.
