St. Erik’s brand manager Marcus Friari said. “We felt that we were missing a snack of the same status to serve with [our beer]. A first-class beer deserves the first-class snack, and this is why we made a major effort to produce the world’s most exclusive potato chips,”

The chips are produced from Ammarnäs potatoes that are often hand-harvested from Ammarnäs a hillside town. There are five flavors of the chips: Truffle Seaweed, Matsutake mushrooms, Leksand Onions, Crown Dill, and India Pale Ale.

According to the brewery they have made only 100 boxes of the five flavored chipsets, which were instantly sold out. The proceeds were given to charity.
